Local Produce, Buffet Dining, and a Footbath with a View Near Toba Station!
Toba Marché combines a local produce market with a buffet restaurant offering regional cuisine. The market features fresh produce, seafood, processed goods, and health-focused deli items, all sourced locally.
The buffet restaurant serves homestyle dishes made from ingredients native to the area. Takeout treats, such as soft-serve ice cream made with locally grown Red Pearl strawberries, are especially popular.
At the front plaza, the footbath, named Tomari-yu after the term for a ship’s mooring place (tomari), provides a relaxing spot to soak your feet while watching boats and seagulls glide across Toba Bay. Original towels are available for purchase at Toba Marché for ¥100.
