At Pearl Plaza you will be amazed at the form and color of the Mikimoto pearl products you can buy. A third of the island is covered with a flourishing natural forest of pines and Japanese chinquapins, some of which are more than over 200 years old. By all means, go for a pleasant walk and let your mind absorb your new knowledge of pearls.

The Pearl Road links Toba and Ugata, spanning 23.8km. Toba Lookout Point is located on the mountain top of the Mt. Hakoda, which overlooks the pacific, where you can enjoy a 360°panoramic view.

From Atsumi peninsula to Daiouzaki, you can see the Mt.Fuji on a sunny day. It is also known as a site for first sunrise on New Years Day.

The 50-minute sightseeing cruise of Ago Bay aboard the Spanish-themed pleasure boat Esperanza stops by at a mock-up cultured pearl factory, where visitors can watch nucleus implanting. The boat has a pleasant lookout deck.

There is an unbroken view of the Ago Bay, which is famous for its deeply indented coastline. The view of the approximately 64 islands and numerous pearl boats is absolutely incredible.
