Famous spot for cherry blossoms
The castle built in 1336, is a symbol of Tamaki-cho and a historic monument which designated by Mie prefecture. Castle's ruin now, although is a part of Shiroyama Park, but remnants of the rock walls and moat are reminiscent of an offensive and defensive battle of Warring States Period. Now as a cherry blossoms viewing spot and relaxing place widely renowned.The promenade best suited for jogging and walking.
