The onsen water is transported from the natural hot spring of its sister facility, NEMU RESORT, ensuring high-quality mineral-rich bathing. This spring is renowned for its moisturizing properties and is believed to help with cold sensitivity, fatigue recovery, and overall health improvement.

In addition to the natural hot spring, the ryokan offers a unique Pearl Aurora Bath, developed in collaboration with Mikimoto Cosmetics. This shimmering bath, enriched with pearl conchiolin and pearl collagen extracted from pearls and Akoya oysters, provides deep hydration and radiance. (Please note: The Pearl Aurora Bath is not a natural hot spring and is available exclusively to staying guests.)
