A Long-Established Kombu Specialist in Ise
Since 1912, Sakatoku Kombu has been dedicated to preserving the authentic flavors of kombu. Hand-shaved oboro kombu, tororo kombu, and dashi kombu are crafted using traditional methods to highlight the ingredient’s natural quality. For the past 40 years, we have also offered kombu tsukudani and shiobuki kombu varieties.
